Hi, I'm Scott, and I started Kung Fu Accounting in 2016 to bring a more 'human touch' to a characteristically transactional and insensitive industry.

 

We work with fresh, vibrant, enthusiastic entrepreneurs and small business owners doing good things in the world - the kind of people who want to work closely with a real human they can trust with, and talk openly about their finances. The kind of people who rarely came through the doors of the large accountancy firms I worked in for over 12 years.

 

So I left corporate life to create an accountancy firm whose core purpose is to protect small and medium sized businesses and to enable them to grow, confident in the knowledge that someone has ‘got their back’.

 

To create relationships instead of client portfolios. To get to know the people I work with on a personal level and have them consider me an integral part of their business, and dare I say it… a friend.
